The International Clear Sky Alliance has been formed in the public interest of preserving our airways and waterways today, and to a greater extent for the purpose of ensuring our progeny will inherit an Earth capable of supporting thriving life, effectively bypassing the corporate control structure presently infesting the planet. 

With a conscious understanding of the global geo-engineering programs taking place on a moment-to-moment basis, we will organize our grassroots and mobilize people into action from a state of composure and calm. 

After the initial awakening to these activities taking place in our skies, the outrage and fear must inevitably rise then settle away: after the smoke has subsided, determination is all that remains. Anger may serve us better than will fear -- but greater than both of these is peace, for it has been said: "There is no path to peace; peace is the path." 

Truer words may never have been spoken. We must be the peace we want to see in the world. Even in the face of the psychopathic destruction of our environment, we must "keep calm and chive on." It might rightly be argued that at no other time in our known history have we been tested so greatly. These are the fiery days out of which Heroes are forged. 

We will develop and implement protocols and procedures to force this issue into the light of day, where it can no longer be ignored, even as the scar-marks on the sky are ignored by so many. It is not so much reality that must be highlighted, but the brainwashing that keeps us from seeing reality.

This one single issue may indeed serve as an open gateway to awakening for those who have been living with their blinders on. Once you see the rabbit-hole, you cannot resist the urge to find out what is concealed in its depths. We hope the International Clear Sky Alliance may serve as a doorway to that rabbit-hole.
